Fashion En Vie is a style site about getting more out of a wardrobe: outfit formulas built on basics, shoes and accessories that are worth the money, small do-it-yourself projects and simple nail art and beauty routines. Articles are practical, written to be used in front of a wardrobe rather than read once and forgotten.
The site is written by a small editorial team and signed collectively. We do not publish sponsored posts, we do not accept free products in exchange for coverage, and when we mention a brand it is because its pieces are easy to find and useful as an example, not because anyone paid for the mention.
What you will find here
The site has four sections:
- Outfits: combinations that work again and again, such as a denim shirt over a dress, a monochrome capsule, autumn layers or a festive outfit built from what you already own.
- Shoes & accessories: sneakers, wedges, rings, gold jewellery and leather bags, with an eye on quality, care and how long a piece will last.
- DIY: short projects with basic tools, from a mood board for your wall to a braided leather bracelet or a new hem on old jeans.
- Nails & beauty: nail art you can do at the kitchen table, and a simple, sensible skincare routine.

How we write
We start from questions people actually have in front of the mirror: what goes with this, how do I wear that without looking dressed up, is this worth the price, how do I keep it looking new. Each article tries to answer one of those questions completely, with steps, lists or small tables where they help.
We write about clothes, shoes and accessories in general terms rather than chasing individual products, so that an article stays useful after a collection has sold out. When we explain materials, such as sterling silver, gold carats or types of leather, we stick to established definitions.
Beauty articles are general information about everyday care. They are not medical advice: if your skin reacts to a product, stop using it, and see a doctor or dermatologist for any persistent problem.
What we do not do
